Agent Economy, Inc.
Last Updated: April 11, 2026
Effective Date: April 11, 2026

1. Introduction

Agent Economy (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides an AI-powered business management platform that deploys intelligent agents to help you run your business. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform at agenteconomy.ai (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • GitHub account identifier (used for authentication)
  • Profile image (from your GitHub account)

2.2 Business Information You Provide

When you set up a deployment, you may provide:

  • Business name, description, and goals
  • Contact information (email, phone number)
  • Business-specific configuration (property details, service areas, vendor lists, pricing, etc.)
  • Knowledge base content (documents, website imports, manual entries)
  • Preferred vendors and business contacts

2.3 Information from Connected Services

When you connect third-party accounts through our integration partner (Composio), we may access:

  • Email (Gmail): Incoming and outgoing emails, including sender/recipient addresses, subject lines, and message content
  • Calendar (Google Calendar): Event details, attendees, and scheduling information
  • Cloud Storage (Google Drive): Documents you authorize agents to access
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram): Page content and posting capabilities
  • CRM (HubSpot): Contact records and deal information
  • Accounting (QuickBooks): Financial records, invoices, and transaction data
  • E-commerce (Shopify): Product listings and order information

Important:We access these services through Composio’s SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Your OAuth credentials (passwords and tokens) are stored by Composio, not by us. Our AI agents interact with your connected services through Composio’s secure API — they never see your passwords.

2.4 Communications Data

  • SMS Messages: If you connect a phone number, we process inbound and outbound text messages between you and your customers/tenants
  • Email Content: Emails forwarded to or sent through the platform
  • Chat Messages: Conversations with your AI assistant (Eve) through the dashboard

2.5 Information About Your Customers and Contacts

When your AI agents process your business communications, they may extract and store structured information about the people you interact with, including:

  • Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses
  • Service history, appointment records, and communication logs
  • Payment status and account standing
  • Categories and tags assigned by AI or by you

This information comes from your business interactions — your agents extract it from emails, messages, and documents you provide. We store it as part of your deployment’s entity database to help your agents work effectively.

2.6 Usage and Behavioral Data

To improve our Service and personalize your experience, we collect:

  • How you interact with the dashboard (pages visited, features used, time spent)
  • How you edit, approve, or reject agent-generated content
  • Your approval patterns and preferences over time
  • Session timing and frequency

We use this information to help your AI assistant learn your preferences and communication style, so its suggestions improve over time.

2.7 Technical Data

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Log data (timestamps, API calls, error reports)
  • Performance metrics

3.1 AI Processing — What This Means in Practice

Your data is processed by large language models (LLMs) — specifically, AI models from Anthropic (Claude). This means:

  • Your emails, messages, and business documents are read by AI to extract useful information, draft responses, and generate insights
  • Your customer/contact data is analyzed to help agents respond appropriately
  • Your editing patterns are analyzed to help agents match your communication style
  • Your business knowledge base is used as context for agent decision-making

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your business information is used solely to provide the Service to you. Anthropic’s API terms prohibit using API inputs/outputs for model training.

5. Your Customers’ and Contacts’ Data

Your responsibilities:

  • You should inform the people you do business with that you use AI-assisted tools to manage communications and business operations
  • You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to how you collect and use your customers’ information
